Right on the coastline of Pesaro, a short walk from the historic centre, Hotel Nautilus is bright and comfortable. It has an international ambience, whose informality and liveliness stimulate the feeling of familiarity, yet with enough personality to satisfy demands for refinement and elegance.
Restfulness and a feeling of home is the essence of a stay at the Hotel Nautilus. From driftwood taken from the sea and recovered in various parts of the hotel to the welcoming reception, with shell-shaped bench, a well-known Buddhist symbol for ‘a happy journey’, everything is here to wish you the most pleasant of stays.
A natural bond with the sea
Pieces of driftwood, found along the Adriatic coast, are a distinguishing feature of the Hotel Nautilus and are recovered in various forms and for various uses in different parts of the hotel, from the reception desk and the hallways, where they mark the doors, to inside the Superior and Classic rooms, where they make up headboards and nightstands.
The buffet trolley is packed like port cargo and the reception and bar walls and hotel pillar tops are wrapped with metal plating just like the keel of a large ship to evoke the great tradition of marine furnishings.
Finally, images in black and white, on the walls of every space, depict holidays around the world of good times past.
The pool
The outdoor area of the ??Hotel Nautilus features a heated and fully equipped swimming pool and a green space that reworks the concept of the pine forest, symbol of our coastline.
The pool retraces the form of a seashell with two different depths and a cuttlefish-shaped raised platform for the staging of entertainment for adults and children alike.
The adjoining recreational ground has wooden play facilities and connects to the common green space via portals adorned with jasmine, a plant excellently suited to the climatic conditions of the local area.
The ‘NAU’ Restaurant
Pride of the Hotel Nautilus is its sea-view restaurant the ‘NAU Restaurant’, which serves dishes prepared with fresh local products and certified by the Italian Celiac Association to guarantee utmost attention to guests’ every need. The wide hall, elegant and simple, offers a picturesque view of the sea. Its large windows open onto an outdoor area perfect for lunching or dining just one step away from the sea.
Entertainment
Dedicated staff are on hand to keep adults and children entertained day and night with activities and themed parties. And our well-equipped indoor and outdoor Baby & Teen Rooms are the perfect complement to fun-filled days for children of any age.
Bike Hotel
Hotel Nautilus is a ‘Bike Hotel’ perfectly equipped for cyclists with a bike wash corner, workshop, guarded depot and express laundry service.
